Woody Steven Mullins age 68, passed away Thursday August 6, 2026, at his home. Steve was the son of the late Woodrow and Vivian Mullins. A lifelong resident of Dickenson County and graduate of Clintwood High School.

Steve loved the outdoors and was an avid  hunter and fisherman along with master storyteller. He is preceded in death by his parents and his niece Kristen Nicole Woods.

He is survived by his sisters Pam Mullins Woods and husband Larry, Gwyn Patterson and husband David, Cindy Mullins Stanley, along with several Nieces and Nephews and host of other friends and relatives.

Family and friends are requested to meet at Nerman Rose Cemetery, Rose Ridge, Sunday, August 23rd, for a memorial service. Service will begin at 2 pm, with Larry Woods officiating.
