Wilma Jean Setser age 77, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019.  She was born in Paintsville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Virgil and Ida Mae Howard.  Mrs. Setser was a 1959 graduate of Prestonsburg High School and was retired from the Dickenson County Medical Center.  She was a member of Bethel United Baptist Church, Flat Gap, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Setser was preceded in death by 1 brother, Bruce Howard; 2 sisters, Carolyn McKenzie and Dr. Patricia Vanover; 2 infant children, Kathy Carol and Scotty.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin Setser of Clintwood; 2 sons, Mike Setser of Clintwood and James Setser and wife Tracy of Castlewood; grandchildren, Scottie Setser, Christa Setser, Kelsey Wright and Allyson Jenkins; 2 sisters, Vickie Phipps and husband Daniel, Janie Vanover and husband Mark all of Clintwood; special caregiver, April Setser Mullins and husband Donnie.

Services will be held Friday, January 18 ^th and Saturday, January 19 ^th beginning at 6:30 PM at the Bethel United Baptist Church, Flat Gap, Kentucky.  Funeral services will be held, Sunday, January 20 ^th at 1 pm with the Elders of Bethel United Baptist Church officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
