Troy Lee Mullins age 77, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, Tennessee.  Mr. Mullins was born at Tarpon, Virginia, the son of the late William T. and Ines Branham Mullins.  He retired from the Fairfax School System and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Marvin Mullins.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Mullins; three brothers, Garnie Mullins and Phyllis of Ohio, Alvin Mullins and Nancy of Edinburg, Virginia, Clarence Mullins and Peggy of Winchester, Virginia; one sister, Draxie Mullins of Clintwood; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 13 , 12 pm  Noon at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Vitatoe officiating. Visitation will begin at 11 am. Burial will follow in the Mullins Family Cemetery, Newberry Ridge Road. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
