Teresa Lynn Perry, 48, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Indian Path Medical Center Kingsport TN. She was a graduate of Clintwood High School, and University of New York nursing program. She worked several years as an RN at Dickenson County Medical Center, and Heritage Hall. She is preceded in death by her father, Lewis Allen Hill; and grandparents, Chief and Kate Mullins. Survivors include her husband, Michael Perry of Clintwood, VA; mother, Thelma M. Hill of Clintwood, VA; son, Dylan Perry and girlfirend Brandy Kilgore of Big Stone Gap, VA; daughter, Chelsea Flint and husband Jarvis of Clintwood, VA; brother, Lester Hill and Wife Linda of Clintwood, VA; two grandchildren Jaseon M. Flint, and Gabriella Perry; aunt, Hazel Stidham of Clintwood, VA. Funeral services for Teresa Lynn Perry will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Shirley Mullins officiating. Burial will take place in the Perry Cemetery Clintwood VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Visitation will be held starting at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 2015 until time of service.
