Wilma Sue Kelley, 68, died at Norton Community Hospital on Wednesday, October 15, 2008. Born in Dickenson County, and a lifetime resident of Dickenson County and a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Roma Cochran Edwards, and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Kelley, Clintwood; two sons, Dean Kelley and wife Jeanette, Clintwood, Gregory Kelley, Richmond; two brothers, Scotty Edwards and wife Bessie, Haysi, and Cline Edwards and wife Shirley, Haysi; three sisters, Rita BeCraft and husband Arthur, Abingdon, Shirley Stanley and husband Jessie, Abingdon, and Kay Barrett and husband John, Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Matthew and Nathan Kelley.
