Ruth Ann Phillips age 58 passed away Friday October 10, 2014 at her home. She was born the daughter of the late Leroy and Dollie Phillips. She was a CNA providing care to many over the years. She was of the Christian Faith. She is preceded in death by a brother and four sisters. Survivors include her daughter Veronica Ison and husband Cody, Clintwood, her granddaughter Cheyenne Vaughan, two brothers Clinton Phillips and wife Geraldine and Truman Phillips all of Clintwood. Several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives and friends. A memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, October 17, 2014 with Hansel Gabe Johnson officiating, at the Phipps Memorial Cemetery.
