Ricky Dale Mullins age 52, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Duke Medical Pavilion, Durham, NC.   Mr. Mullins was a 1985 graduate of Clintwood High School and a graduate of Clinch Valley UVA Wise. He taught at Wise Central High School.   Mr. Mullins was a loving husband and father.  He enjoyed sports and working outdoors.

Mr. Mullins was preceded in death by his parents, George Buford Mullins and Doris Jean Moore Mullins and two brothers, Mickey Dean Mullins and Mikell Darryl Mullins.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Denise Mullins of Clintwood; sons, Mason Dale Mullins, Brycen Conner Mullins and Parker Dean Mullins all of Clintwood; father-in-law Earl Eugene Steele, mother-in-law, Beatrice Steele, brother-in-law, Michael Earl Steele, all of Haysi, sister-in-law, Liz Rose of Clintwood; his aunt, Marie Moore of Wise; nephews, Mikell Seth (Emily) Mullins and Jaden Earl Steele; nieces, Veronica Beth (Will) Mooney and Hailey Steele; great niece, Kendra Jayde Mooney.

Family will receive friends Friday, March 22nd, at 5 PM at Clintwood Funeral Home. A song service will begin 7 PM.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 23 ^rd at 11 AM in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Manie Strouth officiating.  Burial will follow in the Creed Mullins Family Cemetery, Newton Mullins Road.  Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
