Phillip Mark Mullins age 64, passed away Friday Oct. 18, 2024 at the Heritage Hall Health Care of Clintwood. He was born the son of the late Bernie and Marie Davis Mullins, a retired truck driver who had passion for automobiles, corvettes and Jeeps, loved boating and time with family.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, brothers Joe, Ken, Wayne and Bob Mullins, his sisters, Ann Jordan, Janice Willis, Carol Timberlake and Sharon Storck.

Survivors include his children; Johnathan Mullins and Shanelle Mullins of Clinchco, grandchildren Waylon Gillenwater, Jacob Mullins and Jaylon Mullins, his brothers; Rick Mullins and wife Pam, Clintwood, VA., Harry Mullins and wife Sharon, Columbus, OH., Mike Mullins and wife Linda, Abingdon, VA. and Bill Mullins and wife Susan, Front Royal, VA. one sister Barbara Mumpower, Bristol, VA. a special friend Donald Duncan, along with several nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
