Noah "Butch" Lee Mullins age 54, passed away Monday August 15, 2011 at the Dickenson Community Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was a life long resident of Clintwood, he worked as a contractor and was last employed by McFalls Excavating. He is preceded in death by his parents William Bill and Georgia Marie Mullins, four brothers Billy Ray, Ersel, Don and Charles. Survivors include his wife Tona Mullins, one son Jeremy Mullins and wife Pam, one daughter Deidra Mullins and Grant Garrett, one grandson William Mason Garrett all of Clintwood. Seven Brothers: Scott and Donna Mullins, Somerset, KY., Bobby Joe Mullins, Clintwood, Ronnie and Jenny Mullins, Clintwood, Chris and Kathy Mullins, Gate City, VA., Larry and Phyllis Mullins, Bristol, TN., Clinis and Florene Mullins, Bluff City, TN., and Elster Lee Hamilton, Coeburn, VA. Seven sisters: Paula and David Cochran, Fayetteville, NC., Willie and Ike Bryant, Clintwood, VA, Debbie and Greg MeComber, Cameron, NC., Ginger Howell, Salem, VA., Connie and Dewayne Destiles, Bottineau, ND., Mary Ann and Doug Richardson, Beaver Dam, VA. and Loretta Reid, Stockdale, OH. Along with several nieces and nephews. A caring mother-in-law Nancy Bryant, his special k-9 companion Tana, The family would like to express thanks for all neighbors and friends for prayers and kindness, Dr. Darrell Pierce and staff of the Southwest Cancer Center, Norton, VA. and Christy Lambert and staff of Home Nursing. A memorial service will be held Aug. 27th 2011, 6:00 PM at the Flemingtown Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Lester Mullins officiating.
