Nancy Lou Large, age 64, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at her residence. Miss Large was preceded in death by her parents, Lee W. and Zida Sykes Large and two brothers, Jim Large and Roy L. Large. Survivors include her daughter, Ursula A. Smith and husband Johnny, daughter/granddaughter, Jessica Melinda Artrip, her son Kenneth L. Large and wife Christy all of Clintwood; six grandchildren, Jessica Wallace, Tiffany Hall, Demi Standifur, Isaac Standifur, Caleb Mullins and Amy Large. Other survivors are two brothers Kenneth Large of Elliston, Virginia and Howard Large and wife Marion of Coeburn, Virginia; three sisters, Nora Moore, Jeraldine Kilgore and husband Joe, Frankie Delaney and husband Danny, all of Clintwood; five great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. Flowers or memorial donations may be sent to the family.
