Nancy Mullins Hubbard age 79 passed away Sunday Feb. 19, 2017 at the Dickenson Community Hospital.

Born the daughter of the late Arvil and Dorsie Mullins and was one of nine children. She was of the Baptist Faith. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Darrell and Carter Mullins, husbands Corbett Phipps, Elmer France and Chester Hubbard, and one son Marty Phipps.

Survivors include daughters Amanda Phipps, Alexandria, VA and Fannie Angel, Greensboro, NC.

Brothers; Kenneth Mullins and wife Teresa of Wise, VA, Archie Mullins and wife Joyce of Jenkins, KY,

Lawrence Mullins and wife Linda of Clintwood, VA; sisters; Willetta Salyer, Josephine Mullins and husband Lewis of Clintwood, VA, Esta Wright of Mt. Airy, NC; several nieces, nephews and host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Nancy Hubbard will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thurs. Feb. 23, 2017 at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Lester Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at the Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Clintwood. Pallbearers will be Rick Salyer, Joel Salyer, Fritz Salyer, Daniel Salyer, Jarrod Salyer and James Baker. The family will receive friends Wed. beginning at 6:00PM , with service a 7:00 PM.
