Mildred Fay Kiser passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Franklin Woods Hospital, Johnson City, Tennessee. Mrs. Kiser was a resident of Dickenson county for 40 years before moving to Jonesboro 15 years ago. She was of the Freewill Baptist faith and a loving mother to all. She enjoyed cooking and her flower garden.

Mrs. Kiser was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Janie Owens Liford, four brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Fred Kiser of Jonesboro, Tennessee; three sons, Mark Kiser of Piney Flats, Tennessee, Scott Kiser and Michelle of Jonesboro, Kenneth Kiser and Anna of Johnson City, Tennessee; grandson, Brody Kiser; her brother, Randal Liford and Denise of Pontiac, Michigan; two sisters, Joyce Sutherland and Mae Ramsey both of Barboursville, Kentucky; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends Sunday, April 24 ^th at Noon at Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm with Tam Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the Sutherland Ridge Cemetery, Sutherland Ridge Road, McClure. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
