Mary Elizabeth Kelly, age 77, passed away Friday December 20, 2024 Clintwood Heritage Hall Health Care with her loving family by her side. She was born in Clintwood, worked at Clintwood Garment Company, Vance's Skating and a personal care aid for many years. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking for her family and time with grandchildren watching game shows. Mary attended the Pyles Memorial Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents William Bill and Itley Jones, one son Israel Kelly, brothers Clyde Jones and Danny Ike Jones, sisters Virginia Robinson and Judy Rose, stepfather Price Brummit.

Survivors include; Husband Bobby Kelly, one son Austin Kelly and wife Katie, three daughters Phyllis Smith and BJ Collins and Husband Danny, Kaitlyn Kelly and Alex all of Clintwood, two brothers; Clarence"Buck" Jones, Hazard, KY and Johnny Jones of Statesville, NC. Two sisters; Ruby Mullins, Clintwood, and Phyllis Davis, Dover, DE. Grandchildren; Christian Tyler Mullins and Heaven, Haley Mullins and Zach, Israel Collins, Eva Grace Kelly, Tucker Kelly, Holden Mullins and Walker Charles. Along with Nieces and Nephews and other relatives.  A special friend at Heritage Hall John Pence along with a special thanks to all the staff of Heritage Hall.

A graveside service will be held 2PM Friday Dec. 27, 2024 at the Israel Kelly Cemetery, Osborne Gap section Clintwood. The family will receive friends from 6 PM till 7 PM Thursday evening with a service at 7 PM with Troy Belcher, Lester Mullins and Randy Carter. Pallbearers will be family and friends
