Mary Lou Forish age 70, passed away Monday October 8, 2012 at the Dickenson Community Hospital, Clintwood, VA. She was born May 28, 1942 the daughter of Johnny and Opal Arlene Forish. She is survived by her brother Jeff Forish and fiancée Sandy Hamilton, Clinchco;two aunts, Marie Miller, Oak Ridge, Tennessee and Agnes Forish, Elkton, Virginia; one uncle Mark Salyers of Abingdon, Virginia; special friend, Anita Yates, along with several cousins, other relatives and friends. She had special care givers and helpers, Elizabeth Bowman, Nancy Neece and Tim & Kitty Mullins. A private Graveside will be at Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood, Virginia.
