Mark Wayne Mullins, 66, was born May 16, 1956 and passed from this life September 16, 2022. He was a lifelong resident of Clintwood,Virginia. He enjoyed painting, singing and playing music and was an avid amateur radio and firearms enthusiast. He was of the Freewill Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hie A. and Frances Dutton Mullins; three brothers, Mack Arthur Mullins, Doris Dean Mullins and Billy Gene Mullins; and two sisters, Linda Carol Mullins and Annabell Mullins Puckett, all of Clintwood. He leaves behind two aunts, Ella Faye Puckett and Jetherel Mullins of Clintwood; two nieces and five nephews. A private graveside service will be held at the Jack Dutton Memorial Cemetery on Wild Cat Ridge, Clintwood at a later date.
