Madge Yates Fleming age 89, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017. Mrs. Fleming was of the Freewill Baptist faith.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

Mrs. Fleming was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Lillian Yates; husband, Roy Bill Fleming; two sons, Bill and Bobby Fleming; 2 infants; grandson, Tyler Fleming; step-mother, Nannie Yates; brothers, Charles Carroll Yates, James Yates, Gene Yates, and Kermit Yates; sisters, Mary Jewell Robinson, Doris Stanley and Nancy Adkins.

Survivors include two sons, Jeff Fleming (Partha) of Pound and James Fleming (Trish) of Wise; three daughters Cathy Large (Tony) of Coeburn, Janet Mullins (Larry) of Clintwood, and Laverne Mitchell (Ronnie) of Nora; five brothers, Joe Rasnick (Alice) of Wixon, Michigan, Ronnie Rasnick (Sheena) of Clinchco, Arlie Rasnick (Shirley) of Clintwood, Fayne Rasnick of Clinchco, and Tivis Rasnick (Kathleen) of Clinchco; two sisters, Martha Stanley of Clintwood and Ida Branham (Kenneth) of Clinchco; thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; in-laws, Bobby Stanley and Norma Yates.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 27, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Lynn Vanover officiating. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, April 28, 1:00 PM at Fleming Cemetery, Flemingtown.  Those wishing to follow in the processional to the cemetery should meet at Clintwood Funeral Home at 12:30 PM.  Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
