Louise F. Moore, age 75, passed away at her home on Thursday, January 27th, 2011. Mrs. Moore was a life long resident of Dickenson County and retired from Clintwood Lumber Supply. She was the daughter of the late Estes and Oshie Mullins Fleming and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Jack Fleming and son Steven Moore. Survivors include her husband, Paul E. Moore and son, John Moore of Clintwood and son Kevin Moore and Andrea of Abingdon, Virginia. Other survivors include one sister Nell Wright and husband Luke of Clintwood and three grandchildren, Meagan Monahan and husband Jarrod, Stevie Caroline Moore and Braylon Parker Moore in addition to one great grandchild, Micah Monahan. Mrs. Moore's special caregivers were Pat Slemp, Angie Fleming, Rosie Mullins, Kim Mullins, Chrissy Artrip and Becky Edwards. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 30th, 1:00 PM at the Flemingtown Freewill Baptist Church with Joe Glenn Sluss and Ken Childress officiating. Burial will follow at the Family Cemetery at Flemingtown. Pall bearers will be Jeff Newberry, Freddie Dotson, G.D. Russell, Richard Wright, John F. Vanover, Seth Baker, Jarrod Monahan, and Rick Hull. Honorary pallbearers are Ron Triplett, Janice Triplett, Dennis Turner, Darlene Turner, Vivian Austin, Stan Austin, Bill Smith, Brenda Smith, Thurman I. Mullins, Ronnie Mullins, Luke Wright, Walter Hawkins, Irene Hawkins and Al Ramey. The family will receive friends at the church, Saturday, January 29th beginning at 6:00 PM with a song service at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the Flemingtown Freewill Baptist Church, PO Box 1510, Clintwood, Virginia 24228.
