Lola Ann Hale age, 49, passed away Thursday, September, 4, 2014 at the Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, Virginia. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and attended Counts Chapel Church. Mrs. Hale was preceded in death by her parents, Denver and Sadie Turner, son Travis Edwards and her sister, Teresa Green. Survivors include her husband Gary Hale of Clinchco; two daughters, Shawna Grizzle and husband Brandon of Dante and Aliesha Hale of Clinchco; one step-daughter, Crystal Hale of McClure; two step-sons, Curtis Hale and Travis Hale of Dante; one brother, David Turner of Haysi; special granddaughter Lacy Derrick and nine other grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 7th, at the Turner Family Cemetery, Clinchco with Pastor Carl Rose officiating. Anyone wishing to attend meet at the cemetery at 11:00 am. Pallbearers will be Curtis Hale, Travis Hale, Brandon Grizzle, Wayne Neece, Lester Turner and Eddie Turner. Family will receive friends at Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 pm Saturday, September 6th. A song service will begin at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Clintwood Funeral Home.
