Lillian Hill Fleming, 84, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Norton Community Hospital. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and a member of Hill Ridge Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Lee Fleming; parents, Lee and Gusta Large Fleming; brothers, Herman, Ray, Harold and Ralph Hill; sisters, Maggie Hill, Pauline Jackson and Merle French. She is survived by one son Eddie Dean Fleming and wife Betty; two daughters, Rita Stanley and husband Greg, Kay Yates and husband Connie all of Clintwood, VA; five grandchildren, Jennifer French, Victoria Sanders, Jonathan Yates, Rodney Stanley and Randell Stanley; five great-grandchildren, Ashley Vanover, Tiffany French, Claudia Stanley, Elijah Sanders, and Madison Hope Johnson; two brothers, Darrell Hill and wife Pat of Clintwood VA and Carroll Hill and wife Betty of Haysi, VA. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 9, 2015 at Hill Ridge Freewill Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Tam Hill and Keith Dotson officiating. Burial will follow at Hill Ridge Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Darrell Hill, Carroll Hill, Ed Rose, Jonathan Yates, Rodney Stanley and Randell Stanley. Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons of Hill Ridge Church. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 8, 2015 in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 6:00 PM where a song service will be held at 7:00.
