Leo Anthony Moore age 61, passed away Thursday June 22, 2017 at is home with his loving family by his side. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father and friend to many. He was a disabled coal miner.

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his grandparents E.H. and Marizella Moore, Ted and Bertie Hawkins, his parents Bill and Jannet Moore, in-laws Willard and Leoda Artrip.

Survivors include; his wife of 27 years Sandy Moore of Clintwood; son, Anthony Tyler Moore of Clintwood; one sister, Darlene Carter of Clintwood; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Leo Anthony Moore 1 PM Sunday June 25, 2017 at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with James Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore Family Cemetery, Big Smith Ridge Community. Pallbearers will be Tyler Moore, Gary Artrip, Joseph McFarland, Hosea Stiltner, Jeff Mullins, Sunny Tipton, Chrissy McFarland, Brandy Mullins and Kim Elswick. Honorary Pallbearers will be Allen Moore, Mark Moore, Matt Moore, Jerry Lyall and Stevie Lyall. The family will receive friends after 6 PM Saturday evening at Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with a song service at 7 PM.
