Clintwood, Virginia Laura E. O'Quinn passed away , Sunday, August 10th, 2008 at the Bristol Regional Hospital, Bristol, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Tilda Deel Duty. She was a member of the Georges Fork Freewill Baptist Church and a life long resident of Dickenson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Alfred O'Quinn, son, Danny O'Quinn, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by two sons, Jack O'Quinn (Barbara), Clintwood, Virginia, Billy O'Quinn (Peggy) of North Carolina, one sister Martha Powers of Bristol, Virginia, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. Special friends, Johnathan Dales, Daminon Rice and John Hamilton, whom she loved dearly. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 13th, 2:00 PM, at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Franklin Hall and Harold Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at the Duty Family Cemetery, Bee, Virginia. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Family will receive friends at the Clintwood Funeral Home Tuesday
