Kimberly Nicole Phillips Aja age 45,  passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tennessee. She was born in Lebanon, Virginia and attended Ervinton High School. Kimberly loved spending time with family, especially her grandkids. She had a loving servant's heart and helped all.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Faye; sister, Tara Phillips; grandparents, Whetzel and Gaynell Phillips and Mary Combs; uncle, Sam Phillips.

Survivors include her father, Jackie Phillips, Sr. of Dante, Virginia; companion of thirty years, Curtis Hale of Dante; daughters, Adrianna Shearl and Robert of Castlewood, Virginia, Jaylin Hale and Gage of Bulls Gap, Tennessee, Aliegha Hale of Dante and Josalynn Phillips; brother, Jackson Phillips, Jr. of Cleveland, Virginia; sisters, Natasha Debruyne and Chad of Ottawa Lake, Michigan, Santana Powers and Ricky of Knoxville, Tennessee, Whittany Phillips of Abingdon, Virginia and Lindsay Phillips of Dante; grandchildren, Ayden, Bentley, Isabella, Presley, Enzo, Theo; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 26th, 6 pm at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel, with Rick Collins officiating. Visitation will begin at 5 PM. Burial will follow with a Graveside service 12 Noon Thursday at the Phillips Family Cemetery, Trammel Gap Road, Dante, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
