Kenneth Wayne Horsky age 60, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Heritage Hall, Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Mr. Horsky was born in Clintwood, lived most his life in Fredericksburg and Bealton, Virginia. He was a handy man and construction worker, who liked helping his family members. He enjoyed sports including football, baseball and fishing.

Mr. Horsky was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Ramey and Charlotte Fleming McPolin and one sister, Sharon Tanner.

Survivors include his daughter, Pricilla Maddux of Northern Virginia; grandchildren, Sydney and Camden Maddux; sisters, Charlene Phipps and Arvil of Clintwood, Johnnie Hunter and Derrick of Tobaccoville, North Carolina. He loved his nieces and nephews and considered them all very special.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
