Kathern Lynn Wallace age 60, passed away Saturday, June 6th, 2026. Mrs. Wallace lived in Clintwood until moving to Bradenton, Florida in 2021. She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing games, such as Rummy and Yahtzee. Mrs. Wallace liked to shop, especially during the holidays, and making new friends. She worked in retail since 2011 and prior to that worked for Hardees and Rogers Market.

Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by her mother, Eliza Mullins; both her fathers, Thurman Mullins and Sheley Mooney; brother, Luther Mooney; sisters, Patricia Mooney, Snoda Matlock and June Roberts.

Survivors include her former husband and cherished friend, Primmel Wallace; sons, Dale Wallace (Deidra) and Jackson Wallace (Tabitha); brothers, Eddie, Timothy, Granville, William and Freddie Mooney; sisters, Renona Jean Rose, Shirley Mullins, Betty Moore, and Tonie Sanders; grandchildren, Kirsten O'Quinn, Michayla, Marcus, Braiden, Christian and Ariana Wallace.

Funeral Services for Kathern Lynn Wallace will be conducted 1 PM Sat. July 11, 2026, at the Clintwood Funeral Home with Johnny Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Main Street, Clintwood. Pallbearers Jackson Wallace, Dale Wallace, Marcus Wallace, Braiden Wallace, Westley Mooney and Matthew Mooney. The family will receive friends from 12 noon till service time.
