Junior Wayne Mullins, age 65, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Heritage Hall - Clintwood after an extended illness. Junior was preceded in death by his father, Orville Mullins; mother, Helen McIntosh Mullins; and step father, Luther L. Mullins .

Junior is survived by his daughter, Madison Mullins; brothers, James C. (Gaye) Mullins; John L. (Mae) Mullins all of Clintwood; Donald R. (Janie) Baker of Pound; Rodney L . (Maranda) Mullins of Wise; and sisters, Lula Mae (Charlie) Cook, of Thornton, KY; Elizabeth (Gregory) Stanley; Pamelia (Robert) Stanley; Mary (Carroll Wayne) McCoy all of Clintwood; Susan (Augusto) Co of Dallas, TX; and Nina (Sam) Page of Coeburn, VA, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

The family extends a special thank you and appreciation to the staff of Heritage Hall for their excellent care of Junior. Junior was a kind-hearted soul who loved children, his family and dogs. A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
