Juanita S. Ratliff age 83, passed away Friday December 12, 2008 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Mullins Sykes, she has resided in Clintwood for the past 55 years, was a member of the Valley View Free Will Baptist Church. She was a devoted mother to her sons. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband Delmon Ratliff along with one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her sons; Goble Ratliff, Bellville, MI, Mike Ratliff, Clintwood, Terry and Julia Ratliff Canton, MI. , Porky and Patty Ratliff, Ypsilanti, MI. , and Kenny Ratliff of Ypsilanti, MI. One brother Gene Sykes, Inkster, MI. , special friends Janice Stanley, Joyce Baker and Ruby Fleming. Also nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
