Jimmy Craig Willis age 50, passed away Sat. Jan. 17, 2015 at the Norton Community Hospital, Norton, Virginia. He was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and was the owner & operator of Willis C. Trucking Company of Clintwood. A loving son and brother and friend too many he enjoyed his farm, livestock and time spent with his pets. He is preceded in death by his sisters Darlene and Vickie Willis along with his grandparents Hershel and Stella Fleming and John and Leota Willis. Survivors include his mother Betty Willis of Norton, Virginia; his father Jimmy Willis of Clintwood, sons; Justin Orr, Abingdon, Virginia, Terrance Adams, Pound, Virginia; three brothers, Greg Willis and wife Connie, and Brian Willis all of Clintwood, and Jamie Willis, Washington D.C.; his companion Michelle Adams, Norton, Virginia; his aunts and caregivers Linda Willis and Brenda Godsey, Bristol, Tennessee; three grandsons, along with nieces, nephews, cousins and host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Jimmy Craig Willis will be conducted at 1:00 PM Tues. Jan. 20, 2015 in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Les Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow at the Fleming Family Cemetery, Lower Georges Fork . Pallbears will be Larry Lee, Jeff Willis, Justin Orr, Chris Pacific, Josh Hamilton and Aaron Willis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dennis Monk Stanley, Kyle Fleming, Joe Elliot, Randy Fleming, Scott Stidham, Tristen Hall, Dustin Stanley, Devin Stanley and Eric Miller. The family will receive friends from 5-7 Monday evening in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with service at 7 PM.
