Theodore Jessie Mullins, age 30, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012. He was a 1999 graduate of Clintwood High School. He served in the United States Army during the Iraqi Freedom Operation. Mr. Mullins was an avid outdoorsman and was of the Christian faith. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Theodore Jesse Jones and Claude Jack Mullins and his uncle Claude Allen Mullins. Mr. Mullins is survived by his daughter, KenyaMarie Mullins of Berguahten, Germany, parents; Steve Donald Mullins, Sr. and Mitzie Mullins;brothers, Steve Donald Mullins, Jr. and wife Meagan of Clintwood and Samuel Jack Mullins and wife Sharon of Springfield, Illinois; one sister, Carrie Dawn Mullins of Clintwood; two nieces, three nephews, several aunts, uncles and other relatives. Funeral services will be conduced Friday, March 30, at 11:00 am in the Rachels Chapel Church with Pastor Willie Stanley officiating. Burial will follow at the Monroe Stanley Family Cemetery. A military graveside service will be conducted. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Thursday at 6:00 pm at the church, where a song service will begin at 7:00 pm.
