John Jeffrey Forish, age 59, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville. Mr. Forish was a life long resident of Dickenson County and owner and operator of Jeffs Wrecker Service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Opal Arlene Forish and his sister, Mary Lou Forish. Mr. Forish is survived by his fiancée, Sandy Hamilton of Clintwood; two aunts, Marie Miller of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Virginia and Agnes Forish of Elkton, Virginia; one uncle, Mark Salyers and wife Rita of Abingdon, Virginia; special friends, Tim and Kitty Mullins and Danny Mullins; a host of other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be conducted, Wednesday, December 12th at 1:00 pm in the Sowards Cemetery, Clintwood, with Larry Younce and Tim Mullins officiating. Family and friends are requested to meet at the Clintwood Funeral Home at 12:30 pm to proceed to the cemetery.
