Flora Jean Stiltner, age 57, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at her residence. Ms. Stiltner was a life long resident of Dickenson County and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and a friend to all. Ms. Stiltner was preceded in death by her father, Burl Stanley and grandmother, Mont Kelly. Survivors are her mother, Sally Stanley of Clintwood; son, Billy Joe Stiltner of Clintwood; two brothers, Danny Stanley and wife Marlene and Freddie Stanley and wife Peggy all of Clintwood; two sisters, Frances Edwards and husband Larry and Lori Powers and husband Jimmie all of Clintwood; special friend Frank Mullins; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. A special thanks to Dickenson County Home Health,Caring Touch and the Dickenson County Ambulance Service. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 22, 7:00 pm in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Terry Price and Tarncy Mullins officiating. Graveside services will be Saturday, February 23, 12:00 noon at the Phipps Memorial Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend the graveside service meet at the funeral home at 11:30 am. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 6:00 pm Friday.
