Jackie Dean Clay age 63, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 in the Dickenson Community Hospital.  Mr. Clay was a lifelong resident of Bise Ridge and a small engine mechanic.  He was a member of Peuther Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.

Mr. Clay was preceded in death by his parents, William G. and Ruth Bise Clay; 2 sisters and 3 brothers; 1 brother-in-law and 1 sister-in-law.

Survivors include 4 daughters, Kelly Harvey and Keith of Norton, Michelle Mullins of Sandy Ridge, Angie Bolling of Wise, Jennifer Ramey and Dwayne of Clintwood;3 brothers, Don Clay and Ramona of Clintwood, Roger Clay of Gray, Tennessee, Sam Clay and Katherine of Cartersville, Georgia; 9 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 25 ^th , at 11 am, in the Bise Family Cemetery, Bise Ridge Road, with Pastor Joe Glenn Sluss officiating. This service will be held under the current COVID 19 guidelines and restrictions set forth by the governor of Virginia.
