Hazel Nadine Stidham's Obituary
Hazel Mullins Stidham age 75, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Mrs. Stidham was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and a member of Clintwood Baptist Church. She was a 1960 graduate of Clintwood High School, 1964 graduate of Berea College, retired from the Dickenson County School System and a volunteer of the Dickenson County Food Bank.
Mrs. Stidham was preceded in death by her parents, Parkis and Kate Mullins, husband, G.C. Stidham and niece, Teresa Hill Perry.
Survivors include her sister, Thelma Hill, nephew Lester Hill and wife Linda all of Coeburn, Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12 Noon Friday, February 17th in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow with Pastors Bill Kendrick and Joe Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be at Powell Valley Memorial Cemetery, Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Dickenson County Food Bank or Clintwood Baptist Church.
