Harold Eugene "Heulo" Phillips age 39 passed away Fri. Aug. 28, 2020 at the Dickenson Community Hospital. He was graduate of Ervinton High School, a loving son, husband, brother and father, friend to many, enjoyed his pets, fishing and hunting with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his mother Tammy Kiser, grandparents; Whetzel and Gaynell Phillips and Cotton and Patsy Sperow, along with his uncle Sam Phillips.

Survivors include; His wife Christina Mullins Phillips, his father Mickey Phillips, Sr. (Deloras), daughters; Maggie Phillips and Destiny Faith Mullins, brother Mickey Phillips, Jr.(Carrie), sisters; Shonna Wallace (Justin),Victoria Rose and Alisha Rose, Mother in law Rosey Mullins and Uncle Bayard Mullins, Uncles Richard Phillips (Tammy), Jackson Phillips and John Phillips. His aunt Jeannie Sperow (Terry), Nephews; Austin Phillips, Dylan Gilbert, Wyatt Mullins, Logan Gilbert, Zane Phillips, Raylan Wallace and Colden Phillips, Nieces; Anna Smith, Gracie Phillips, Katlin Johnson, Tequila McCarty, Josie Phillips, Sophia Phipps, Maddie Phipps and Izzy Phillips, brother in law Willie Mullins, special friends; Chris Perrigan, Dakota Potter and Kenny Potter. Along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Under current covid-19 guidelines a graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 PM.Tue. Sept. 1, 2020 Phillips Family Cemetery Trammel Gap Road section of Dante with Tam Hill officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
