Virginia Gwindolene Perry, 78, entered through the gates of heaven and touched the face of her Lord and Savior on November 5, 2014 at her home with her family by her side. She was a devoted mother and wife. She enjoyed having family and friends gathered together to enjoy good food and memories of days gone by. She was a member of Pine Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Gwin was preceded in death by her parents Estil and Agnes Vanover, sister, Brenda Sue Vanover and brother, Donald Wayne Vanover. Left behind to celebrate her life and mourn her passing are her loving husband of 60 years, Earl Perry; sons Donald Perry and wife Debra, David Perry and wife Laquisha; daughters Donna Moore and husband Doug, Dinah Perry and husband Bill Parros, Debra Dotson and husband Donnie and Diana Hamilton; brothers, Robert Stanley and Dennie Vanover; sisters, Catherine South, Louise Vanover and Linda Ramey; grandchildren, Donnie Paul Dotson, II, Aimee Moore, Andrea Moore, Chanson Perry, Colton Perry, Kyiah Perry and Journee Perry. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 8th, 2:00 pm in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Perry Cemetery on Camp Creek. Pallbearers will be Chanson Perry, Colton Perry, Travis Powers, Bradley Hall, Talbert Bolling, Donnie Dotson, Donnie Paul Dotson, II, Doug Moore, Bill Parros and Ryan Mullins.
