Gloria Jean Mullins, age 69, passed away Saturday June 20, 2026, at the Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, TN. She was the daughter of the late Carton and Cotella Mullins, she had a love for the outdoors and taking care of wildlife. Gloria cared for her family and friends, enjoyed cook outs and spending time with them. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and great grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a son Billy Ray Moore, her sisters Dreama Kelly and Glenna Short, brothers Gary Webster Mullins, George Quillen Mullins and David Mullins, maternal grandparents Dewey and Mary Mullins, paternal grandparents William and Vonda Mullins.

Survivors include her son Johnathan Moore, three grandchildren Savannah Moore, Holly Harris and husband Logan and Shelby Moore. Two grandsons Lucas Harris and Landri Harris, four brothers; Goble Mullins, Bayard Mullins and Rosie, Patton Mullins and Olen Mullins, three sisters Frances Stanley, Mable Bolling and Garnett Edwards, special nephew Wyatt Mullins, special nieces Jenny Mullins and Linda Williams, her special kids in life Nick, Cody and Lincoln, along with several nieces, nephews other relatives, a very special friend Veronica "Ronnie" Neece.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday June 24, 2026, at the Lebanon Old Regular Baptist Church with Elder Terry Oquinn officiating. Burial will follow at Patton Mullins Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Talbert Bolling, Josh Moore, Gary Mullins, Nick Honaker, Wyatt Mullins and Mason Mullins. Honorary Pallbearers will be all her nephews.  The family will receive friends from 1 PM till service time.
