Glenda Sue Moore, age 49, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Norton Community Hospital, Norton, Virginia. Mrs. Moore was a former resident of Tidewater Virginia and an employee of McDonalds. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her father Bobby Clay and grandmothers Hazel Fleming and Ruth Clay. Survivors are her husband, James Moore of Hampton, Virginia; mother Reba Clay of Clinchco; three sons, Chris Clay of Hampton, Virginia, Michael Moore and wife Brittany and Zachary Moore all of Clintwood; one daughter, Kellie Moore of Clintwood; three brothers, Keith Clay of Newport News, Virginia, Douglas Clay and wife Becky of Hampton, Virginia and Ricky Clay of Yorktown, Virginia; six grandchildren, Kadyn Mullins, Landon Moore, Edyn Breeding, Addison Lumpkin, Oran Lumpkin and Aspenn Moore. The family will receive friends from Noon until 1:00 pm Saturday, March 1st in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Joe Glenn Sluss and Dusty Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at the Rasnick Family Cemetery on Bise Ridge.
