Gleama Sue Bolling, 59, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at Pikeville Medical Center.  She was a 1976 graduate of Grundy High School, a graduate of Southwest Community College, and employee of Russell County Medical Center.  She was of the Baptist faith, a loving wife, and mother who had a love for art, music, and nature.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Clara Blankenship Raines; and brother, Everett Raines.

She is survived by her husband, Shelton Reed Bolling of Grundy, VA; son, Clint Ashur Bolling of Princeton WV; sisters in law, Penny Bolling of Pound, VA, Beth Bolling of Knoxville TN; and a host of other cousins,  relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, January 22, 2017 in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Shell Officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bolling Cemetery Pound VA with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM Sunday January 22, 2017 until time of service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Russell Prater Fire and Rescue.
