Garrett Lee Arnette, age 27, born August 18th, 1983 went to rest in the arms of Jesus at his residence in Clinchco, Virginia on February 27th, 2011. Garrett had the biggest heart and loved the people in his life and especially loved kids. He was a kid at heart himself and that is what made him so easy to love. He loved the coal mines and was such a hard worker. He worked for Justice Coal Company, which was located in Convict Hollow. Garrett always joked and said that it made him feel right at home. Garrett's smile, laugh and humor will be missed by so many. He would smile at himself and laugh when he would pass a mirror and say "Shew you are a good lookin fella, you can't ever die" and to the ones that truly loved Garrett he was right he will live on in our hearts forever. Garrett was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Alpha Bartley and Martha (Gran) Perry. He is survived by his parents, Andrew and Donna Arnette and grandfather, Charlie (Pap) Perry.
