Freddie Allen Church age 54, passed away Wed. Jan. 17, 2024 at the University of Kentucky, Lexington KY. He was the son of the late Freddie Wayne and Melda Faye Church. A 1988 graduate of Ervinton High School and worked as a mechanic with VDOT through the disability workforce program. A lover of the outdoors Freddie enjoyed working at Cranesnest Camp ground, camping, fishing and hunting with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents Freddie and Gay Church, Billy and Anna Ruth Mullins.

Survivors include his brother Barry Church of Clintwood, fiancee Julie Turner and her son Joseph Ryan Turner, along with his aunts, uncles, cousins and a  host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Freddie Allen Church will be held 1:00 PM Tue. Jan. 23, 2024 Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Stanley officiating. Burial will follow at the Rasnick Family Cemetery, Nealy Ridge Road. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:30 till 7 PM with a song service Monday evening at Clintwood Funeral Home.
