Elvenia Ramey Comer, age 93 passed away Monday, June 27, 2016.  She was born in Dickenson County and had lived in Georgestown, Florida for ten years.  She attended Beulah Baptist Church in Cresent City, Florida.  She was preceded in death by her first husband Clyde Mullins and last husband Jim Comer, one brother, two sisters, one grandson and one step-son.

Survivors include her son Richard C. Mullins and wife Patricia of Georgestown, Florida; daughter, Carolyn Mullins also of Georgestown; step-daugther, Betty S, Walker of Jacksonville, Florida; one sister, Ada Lee Mullins of Baltimore, Maryland;grandson, Richard C. Mullins, Jr., great grandson, Richard C. Mullins, III and two great-great grandchildren, Stevie and Jacob Mullins.
