Easter Mullins Sykes age 91 passed away Monday January 16, 2012 at Heritage Hall Health Care, Clintwood, Virginia. She was born the daughter of the late Jackson and Alora Mullins Dutton. She is preceded in death by her husband Hursel Mullins, two sons, Gary D. Mullins and Archie Mullins, six brothers, six sisters and her second husband Perry Sykes. She has been a member of the Cumberland Church of the Brethren since 1937. She is survived by her son; Gerald Don Mullins and wife Becky of Clintwood, and her daughter Lora Marie Mullins of Clintwood. She has several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren along with host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Easter Mullins Sykes will be conducted at 7 PM Tuesday evening January 17, 2012 at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Harold Mullins and Tarncy Mullins officiating. A private burial will take place Wednesday January 18 at the Hursel Mullins Cemetery in the Skeetrock Community. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends. The Family will receive friends after 6 PM Tuesday evening at the Clintwood Funeral Home.
