Dora Smith, passed away on August 5, 2006 at Heritage Hall Health Care in Clintwood. Mrs. Smith had lived most of her adult life in Detroit, MI and was retired from the food service industry. She returned to Clintwood to make her home in 1996. Born on March 4, 1913 in Clintwood, she was the daughter of John P. and Polly J. Mullins. Her parents and sons, James Smith and Thomas Smith preceded her in death. Surviving is her son Robert Smith, Manchester, TN; grandchildren Rebecca Bennett, GA; Melissa Smith, Colorado, Jonathan Smith, TN, Jama Crueller, and Jeff Smith, MI; Patti Smith, Andora Smith; great-grandchildren Richard Whitehead, Joshua Bundy, Avery Smith, Cloey Collins, Dominic and Sophia Smith; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services for Dora Smith will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, August 19, 2006 at the Clintwood Baptist Church with Rev. Allen Bonnell officiating.
