Donnie A. Moore, age 71, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at Dickenson Community Hospital. He was a former resident of Bristol, Virginia and a retired contractor. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Delphia Mullins Moore, eleven brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife of forty nine years Nora Moore; one son, Donnie Lee Moore; one daughter, Teresa Perrigan and husband, Randy all of Clintwood; one brother, Roger Moore of Lakeland, Florida; three grandchildren, Courtney, Cody, and Travis Moore all of Clintwood; one great grandchild, Braydon Moore Clintwood. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 10, at 1:00 pm in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Johnny Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at the Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Clintwood. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Friday, December 9, after 6:00 pm in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with a service beginning at 7:00 pm.
