Donal G. Ratliff age79, passed away Monday, January 8, 2018. Mr. Ratliff was born in Dickenson County and graduated from Haysi High School.  He was a Veteran of the United States Navy.

Mr. Ratliff was preceded in death by his parents, Burke and Bonnie Ratliff and his wife Artie Ratliff.

Survivors include his daughter, Tempa Rasnick and husband Michael of Clinchco; other children, Ray Garrett of London, Kentucky, Lois Edwards and husband Sam of Haysi, Louie Garrett and wife Nancy of Haysi, Mike Garrett and wife Tammy Clinchco and Tony Garrett of Clinchco; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives.
