Della Webb Moore age 74, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, Tennessee. Mrs. Moore was a lifelong resident of Clintwood and a member of Valley View Freewill Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved gardening, flowers and helping her brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Connie Moore; parents, Woodrow and Italy Webb; son, Joshua Adam Moore; sister, Dicy Stanley; brothers, Raymond Webb and John Henry Webb.

Survivors include her daughter, Angela Baker and Danny of Clintwood; grandchildren, Andrew Wilson Baker and Amber,  Savannah Baker and Cate Lynn Baker; brothers, Josh Webb and Charlie Webb, both of Clintwood; sisters, Georgie Mullins of Clintwood, Opal Kelley and Radford of Castlewood, Madeline Anderson and Johnny of Clintwood,  Rita Carter and Sam of Clintwood; special neighbor and friend, Gaynell Mullins.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 18th, 11 am at Valley View Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will begin at 12 Noon with Lynn Vanover, Lester Mullins and Johnny Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood. Virginia. Pallbearers are Andrew Baker, Andrew Davidson, Chris Anderson, Nathan Anderson, Eric Kelley, Radford Kelley and Nathan Hardic.
