Debra Lynn Mullins Harrison, age 70, of Clinchco, passed from this life to the next on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Holston Valley Medical Center, with her husband, Smiddy by her side. She was a graduate of Clintwood High School and Mountain Empire Community College. Debbie worked as a secretary for Elkins Coal Company and retired from the banking industry after many years. She loved painting pictures, making wreaths and working in her flower garden. Debbie was a member of the Clinchco Missionary Baptist Church and Eastern Star.

Debbie was born in Dante to Billy Mack and Beulah Mullins, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Brian Mack Mullins and grandparents, Mack and Rose Mullins and Harry and Meda Townes.

Survivors include her husband, Smiddy Harrison; stepsons, Jonathan (Jennifer) Harrison of Haysi and Matthew (Keilah) Harrison of Clinchco; one step-granddaughter, Morgan Harrison; special friends, Henry and Rebecca Smoot; fur babies, King and Kitty.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, October 29th, at 6 pm at Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. A Service will begin at 7 pm with Justin Kiser officiating. Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, October 30th, at 11 am, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Main Street, Clintwood. Pallbearers are Jonathan Harrison, Matthew Harrison, Creed Phillips, Joey Harrison, Henry Smoot and Bobby Dotson.
