Debra Creeger passed away on Saturday, September  23, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN at the age of 66 of an aortic dissection.

Debra is a graduate of Clintwood High School and the University of Louisville.  After teaching for a few years in Dickenson County and in northern Virginia, she worked for the Department of Defense and other government agencies in Washington, DC.

She is the daughter of the late Radford Mullins and Tona Artrip Mullins.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Creeger, and brothers Ronald Mullins and John Bill Mullins.

Debra is survived by her sister Becky Shipp (Raymond) of Ellicott City, MD, nephews Stuart (Penni) Mullins of Salem, VA, Danny Mullins of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Brian Shipp of Ellicott City, MD, one great-nephew Will Mullins of Salem, VA, uncle Bill Artrip of Point Pleasant, WVA, aunt Theda Artrip of Clintwood, VA, several cousins, and many friends, all of whom will miss her infectious laugh.

A memorial service will be held at Flemingtown Freewill  Baptist Church in Clintwood, VA on October 13, 2018 at 1:00.  Clintwood Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
