David Wayne Jenkins age 32, passed away May 20, 2021 at VCU Miracle Hospital, Richmond, Virginia.  He was born in Lebanon, Virginia on December 2, 1988.

David was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Jenkins; grandparents, Shelburn David Phillips and Mary Jane and Veral Jenkins; great grandparents, Mary and Delmar Phillips and Mary and Lundy Phillips.

Survivors include his wife, Savannah Browning Jenkins; mother, Denese Phillips Blakely and Larry Popp; one sister, Ashley Jenkins; grandmother, Neda Phillips; three daughters, Alexis "Lexie" Jenkins, Danielle Jenkins and Isabelle "Izzy" Browning Jenkins; one son, Keith Blair; nieces, Hailey and Megan Keith; one nephew, Ryan Keith and a lifelong friend, Cody Chafin; several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

Family will receive friends Monday, May 24 ^th between 6 and 8 pm at the St. Paul Assembly of God.  Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 25 ^th , at 11 am with Pastor Scott Million officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Phillips Family Cemetery, Trammel Gap, Virginia.  Pallbearers will be Cory Culbertson, Danny Turner, Derek Crabtree, R.J. Jenkins, Chad Counts, Cody Chafin, Matthew Keith, Rodney Meade and Sidney George.  Honorary pallbearers are Delmar Phillips, Frank Kilgore, Randy Jenkins, Carter Phillips, Donald Turner and Jerry Freeman.
