Daniel Scott Wright age 25, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019.  Daniel was a 2011 graduate of Clintwood High School.  He was a loving son who enjoyed music, spending time at the beach, monster trucks and car racing.

Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Scott and Sally Wright.

Survivors include his parents, Erik and Janet Rose; father, Dannie Wright; grandparents, Shirley Smith, Larry and Irene Smith, Roger and Judy Rose all of Clintwood; brother in heart, Dalton Goodpaster; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 13 ^th at 7 pm in the Clintwood Funeral Chapel with Eddie Mullins officiating.  Visitation will begin at 5 PM.  Family and friends are requested to meet at the funeral home at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 14 ^th , to proceed to Rose Family Cemetery on Wild Cat Ridge Road for graveside services.  Pallbearers will be David Willmeth, Dannie Wright, Bobby Ramey, Roger Rose, Jr., Larry McKnight, Jr. and Allen Taylor.  Honorary pallbearers are Ernie Mullins, Larry Smith and Dalton Goodpaster.
