Connie Sue Stanley, age 66, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012 in the Bristol Regional Hospital, Bristol, Tennessee. Mrs. Stanley was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Stanley, parents, Roy and Mary Rice, two brothers and one sister. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Hale and husband Craig of Chino Valley, Arizona; one brother Carl Whitaker of Covington, Kentucky; three sisters, Phyllis Whitaker, Covington, Kentucky, Fern Vanderpool, Tecumseh, Michigan and Jean Wojciechowski, McRoberts, Kentucky; one grandchild, Kelly Zarycki and two great grandchildren, MaKayla and Jordan Zarycki. Mrs. Stanley is also survived by special friends, Hershel and Madeline French. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 10th, at 11:00 am in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Darrell Milgrim officiating. Burial will follow in the Stanley Family Cemetery, South Mountain Road, Clintwood. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Monday, April 9th, at 6:00 pm in the funeral home chapel where a song service will begin at 7:00 pm.
